We are preparing a planning application for a terrace of 10 houses on the land between 1 and 15 Hunshelf Park, Stocksbridge, Sheffield. As you can see above, it is currently a brownfield site, most recently a pub. The terrace will be called Bramble Row due to the amount of bramble currently on the site, which you can see all the way up the slope at the back. It has very tasty blackberries and is popular with birds, bees and insects – so we will keep some of it to cover a wall or two around the site. We will also be adding more features to attract wildlife.
