Our Green Homes

The Plans

We are preparing a planning application for a terrace of 10 houses on the land between 1 and 15 Hunshelf Park, Stocksbridge, Sheffield. This page will be replaced soon with all the information about the full planning application.

This is the proposed site plan for Brmble Row, showing one internal layout option land levels, access and parking. It also shows neighbouring houses in grey, trees and a retaining wall.,
This shows a wider area around the site, including access
This is a section through the site, showing the proposed land levels and placement of the terrace.
This is the proposed elevations of Bramble Row

The houses will be Passivhaus certified, which is an energy-efficient building standard designed to minimise their carbon footprint.

These are the plans that were drawn up for the public consultation. Following on from comments made there and further work by the architect and other professionals, these could change before the planning application is submitted.

You will be able to view details of access improvements and  noise reduction measures here soon.
